Candid Conversations with Taylor-Dior Rumble at Waterstones Piccadilly

Join us at Waterstones Piccadilly for an evening with Taylor-Dior Rumble to discuss her novel The Situtionship.
Following Tia as she attempts to awaken her love life with dating apps after the former love of her life turns out to have a girlfriend. Skeptical at first, Tia is surprised to find someone almost instantly. Nate is perhaps everything she could want; he’s thoughtful, makes her feel respected and desirable. Yet, they have yet to put all their cards on the table, and things are about to get a little complicated.

Taylor-Dior Rumble is a writer, born and raised in South East London. She started her journalism career at BBC News at the age of eighteen and has since gone on to produce and cover stories ranging from the politics of Black hair to colourism in Hollywood. Her debut novel, The Situationship, was published in summer 2023.

We encourage attendees to read the book beforehand to allow for an open discussion on the night, but paperback copies of the book will also be available to purchase online via the Book & Ticket bundle – to be collected at the event.
